Terms

Those utilizing Crosswalk facilities must agree to the following (these guidelines apply to all parts of the Crosswalk property):

1. No alcohol may be consumed or served on the property.
2. Smoking is prohibited (except for a designated area outside).
3. No food or drink is allowed in the auditorium.
4. Foul language, violent behavior, and drug abuse are strictly prohibited on the premises. Individuals exhibiting such behavior will be required to leave immediately.
5. Crosswalk Church does not allow its facilities to be used in any way that contradicts its faith or by any group/persons who hold beliefs contradictory to the church’s faith.
6. Usage is limited only to rooms that have been reserved.
7. All equipment, such as tables and chairs, must be returned to original placement following the event. Usage of electronic equipment must be discussed with Crosswalk Church prior to event so arrangements can be made.
8. Crosswalk requires those renting the facility to present a certificate of liability insurance with a minimum liability occurrence limit of $1,000,000, naming Crosswalk as “additional insured” on the policy.

If your event is approved and you decide to book the facility, you must agree to the terms listed above.
